如何退出鴻森? 剛進入2天還未拿到手機

我前天被朋友拉進鴻森
今天某位朋友知道我進來做這個
叫我去看看新聞
結果都負面
請問要怎麼退出?

手機申辦了
可是還沒拿到
入會費500元
兩支手機各1000元
=2500 (已付款1500

客服電話也接過了
只差手機還沒領

請問是否有人能教我怎麼退出?
