我跟通訊店家買了一台ipad 是三月的機子很新主機的包裝膜都沒拆我買回來只有使用幾天也沒把膜拆掉所以不知道銀幕有沒有刮傷之後轉賣給別人
中午約面交他開幾使用正常也沒把膜給拆掉後來到了半夜就留言跟我說

我有一台the new ipad 螢幕完全沒有保護，用了一年完全沒有刮傷，
而你的ipad4 號稱沒拆封卻一大堆刮痕，你是用筆去點嗎？
如果已經拆封就明講，讓不在意的人去買，我花了15500元卻買了一堆刮痕的ipad4，
每天使用就看到那些刮痕，如果是你用得高興嗎，不要把自己的快樂建築在別人的痛苦上，
希望你能出面解決。

我自己也沒拆來看所以也不知道有沒有刮傷
