心臟復健 幫患者提升心肺功能

心臟病患者常會擔心自己負荷不了，有些病人不敢抱孫子、抱小孩，或是身邊沒有人就會害怕、不敢出國玩，常常會抱怨自己好像廢人一樣。成大醫院復健部主治醫師謝佩君表示，太久不活動反而會造成許多併發症，降低心肺功能，造成心臟的負擔更大，疾病容易復發，應積極參與心臟復健。
