我的 htc desire c 的 facebook 帳號是我自己的，

但是我曾經登入別人的帳號，所以現在傳照片都會傳到別人的 facebook裡面，

請問，我該怎樣用，才不會傳到別人的 facebook裡面 @"@

另外 .. 還有就是 .. 要怎樣拍下手機裡面的畫面 ???
