宏達電法說會對第3季的展望超出外資預期的低，可能出現上市以來單季虧損，甚至全年也陷入虧損危機，外資大降目標價至2位數，目前以法商巴黎證大降至71元最低，外資殺聲震天，宏達電1日再度是一路跌停至終場，股價重挫至148.5元，29486張賣不掉，法人擔心融資催繳令齊發下，恐再引一波斷頭賣壓，股價下跌壓力仍大。
宏達電法說會釋出第3季獲利警訊，預估第3季營收500～600億元，季減15.13-29.27%；毛利率約18-21%；第3季營業利益率0～-8％，法人推估，第3季最好僅是損平，但是也可能虧損，另外，即使第4季營運回升，恐怕也將陷入全年虧損的危機。
宏達電法說會報憂，多家外資及國內法人再度火速調降目標價至百元以下，宏達電目標價宣告破百，目前以巴黎證大降目標價到71元最低。另外，瑞銀證券調降目標價至86元、里昂證券降至93元、花旗環球降至97元、匯豐證券降至98元、麥格理證券先前已降至92元，目前仍維持；凱基投顧目標價降至85元、元大投顧降至90元。
宏達電1日拉出第2根跌停板，一開盤就重挫至148.5元，且一路鎖死至終場，目前融券餘額逾7.6萬張，成為另一波重大賣壓，由於部分在相對高價買進的投資人，融資維持率可能下降至120%附近，法人擔心，在融資催繳令齊發下，宏達電股價仍有下探壓力。
