楊念祖南下瞻仰洪仲丘遺容　洪姊盼主持公道

【綜合報導】國防部長楊念祖新官上任，今天就南下陸軍6軍團542旅下士洪仲丘家，還主動要求瞻仰洪仲丘遺容，展現要將此案查明的決心。洪姊希望楊念祖能替她們主持公道，查明真相。

洪仲丘姊洪慈庸表示：「不能否認前面偵查階段滅證串供的嫌疑，現在無法還原當時的狀況，現在只能求部長希望審判過程能主持公道，不要速判速決，希望給被害人律師多點閱卷多點了解狀況的時間。」

楊念祖則表示不能干策法官判案，「但是程序中有不盡如意，對真相及事證的了解，這必須在程序中要滿足這樣的條件。」此外，洪姊說家屬生命安全遭到威脅，感覺被監聽、監視，楊念祖則說絕對保障她們的安全。
