蘇澳交流道旁的宜蘭餅發明館，遊客如織，大大打響知名度，也帶動附近店家繁榮；老闆劉鐙徽說，這都是一連串的陰錯陽差，為感謝牛舌餅讓他翻身，他開發多項產品都以牛舌餅為基底造型，「我絕對不會忘本！」

劉鐙徽拿出特牛奶酪、藏金火山豆煎餅、和各式厚薄不一牛舌餅，仔細一看，真的長得都很像。
