雅虎公司（Yahoo）7月31 日宣布收購電子商務平台新創業者Lexity，是雅虎執行長梅爾（Marissa Mayer）去年上任以來的第20樁收購案。

雅虎未透露收購Lexity的財務條件。Lexity由前雅虎員工庫瑪（Amit Kumar）創立迄今四年，專精於設計協助小企業吸引和服務顧客的應用程式，號稱在114個國家擁有數萬名客戶。

雅虎說：「我們將繼續支援Lexity目前的平台、既有的顧客，以及第三方應用程式與開發商。在短期的未來，我們計劃把Lexity的服務與雅虎的小企業服務整合在一起。」

梅爾上任後大舉收購，迄今收購的企業包括Qwiki、Xobni、Bignoggins Productions，以及6月以10億美元買下的部落格平台Tumblr。
