【林泊志／宜蘭報導】洪仲丘案遭起訴的中士班長陳毅勳，零時整返回位在陸軍宜蘭金六結營區的蘭陽作戰指揮部，因不願媒體拍攝，同行的陳母及陳毅勳姊姊，見軍營外大批媒體守候，用手及資料袋，把戴著鴨舌帽的他，頭往駕駛座壓低，陳毅勳雙手抱頭，母姊兩雙手則緊緊抱住陳毅勳。
 
搭載陳毅勳的軍車未經安檢，直接駛入營區，緊跟在後的媒體車隊，無法拍攝到陳毅勳。
