美貿易代表推翻禁售令　舊蘋果可照賣

【綜合報導】美國貿易代表弗羅曼(Michael Froman)在昨日宣佈，推翻對蘋果的禁售令，蘋果仍然可以出售舊款的iPad及iPhone。

在今年6月，美國國際貿易委員會裁定蘋果多款舊款的iPad及iPhone侵犯三星的專利權，將要在美國禁售。不過弗羅曼最終決定推翻禁售令，他說：「這個決定將會影響美國的經濟及消費者，因此我是做出了多方面的考慮。」

國際貿易委員會之前裁定，蘋果侵害三星一項專利，此專利得以讓各種裝置透過3G無線技術，同步且正確無誤傳送多重服務，但這項裁定遭到美國貿易代表推翻。美國貿易代表推翻美國國際貿易委員會的禁售令並不常見，這次是自1987年以來首次發生。
