適當的開票日?

在旅遊網站上買了機票,
開票時間都寫的很長,
可是預訂了之後幾乎都是2.3天內就要付款.

因為信用卡的機場貴賓室使用期限是購票後的90天內,
所以如果我在出發日前半年就訂票並且付款, 可是還沒開票,
一樣失去了使用貴賓室的資格?
還是開票了才是確定有機位了呢?還沒開票前都可以退票(付一些手續費用)?

想請問大家: 開票的時間會影響票價嗎?那怎麼才能知道適當的開票日呢?
