能推薦給低話費的人一個好的方案嗎?

是這樣的
我的手機通話費用很低
有時候一個月不到10塊
我現在是使用某電信業66元的專案
不過似乎也打不到那麼多
所以我想找一個新的對我比較實用的方案
請問有什麼樣的方案適合像我這種低費率的嗎?

另外如果有要綁網路的話
我算是有比較長的時間都待在有Wifi的環境
所以想找有那種以量計價的方案
