大埔4戶被強拆，捍衛苗栗青年聯盟日前向苗栗市公所申請16日在苗栗縣政府前的路權，預定舉辦音樂晚會，卻以影響辦公與周邊補習班為由駁回，但聯盟晚會將照辦。（圖／記者林修卉攝）

捍衛苗栗青年聯盟今（12）日在民進黨立委尤美女陪同下，聯盟成員傅偉哲指出，大埔4戶被強拆，聯盟日前向苗栗市公所申請16日（周五）在苗栗縣政府前的路權，預定舉辦音樂晚會，卻以影響辦公與周邊補習班為由駁回。
捍衛苗栗青年聯盟成員陳為廷表示，「劉政鴻，你怕什麼？」、「劉政鴻，我們不怕你！」晚會將照辦，在拒馬、警察前面搭起舞台。
傅偉哲表示，他們向苗栗市公所申請路權，公所函詢苗栗縣政府，被縣府駁回；在集會遊行申請的部份，警察局只核准下午14時至17時，且不得在縣府廣場前集會宣講。
捍衛苗栗青年聯盟認為，苗栗縣政府利用集遊惡法打壓人民，打壓晚會進行，但他們會繼續舉辦活動。
另外，台灣農村陣線許博任也預告，今天拆大埔，明天拆政府，8月18日晚間將上凱道抗議。
