手機螢幕破裂

請問一下
我的手機 sony xperia st23i
不小心摔到了整個液晶螢幕破裂
但還可以正常的滑動

拿去問有說
如果螢幕跟滑動的部分是一起的就要整組換會比較貴
但如果只是玻璃螢幕就還好

請問上面兩者的價範圍大概在哪??
這種手機問題通常是回電信修還是在外面的手機維修會比較好呢??

方便的話，也請提供最佳又便宜的維修方式或地點
