遊戲畫面上方有一個"客服"的選項,點進去後記得先選問題類型(這種人為得應該是選其它吧),問題描述記得陳述清楚你發生的問題以及希望的請求(描述的越清楚越好,建議附上發生的時間,這樣有助於客服解決問題的效率)最後,請耐心的等待...處理時間一天到一星期都有可能(僅為個人經驗)如果過了很久都等不到回復就再提出問題一次吧...我只用客服處理過兩次魚因為LAG被誤換成皇冠的事情,一次等了一天就有回覆,另一次我等了大約一個星期...供參考嚕~祝你好運 : )
