以功代金　安定區公所不燒金紙捐弱勢

【王志弘／台南市報導】臺南安定區公所今天舉辦中元普渡，區長朱棟率全體員工準備豐盛供品招待「好兄弟」享用，特別的是，區公所響應環保不燒金紙，並將此經費化為涓滴小愛，捐款給社福團體，呼籲社會大眾跟進。
 
朱棟說，中元普渡代表人飢己飢的精神，公所特別將此思想「昇華」，供品祭拜後，直接由里幹事分送給低收入戶；3萬800元的金紙經費則「以功代金」捐助給華山基金會、鴻佳啟智庇護中心等。
