江宜樺不道歉施政報告陷僵局

行政院長江宜樺今天前往立法院提出施政報告，民進黨立委堅持須先道歉，才能上台報告。江宜樺表示，根據憲法，行政院有義務赴立法院報告備詢，民進黨指控他毀憲亂政，要求他道歉，但他認為要替沒說過的話道歉，這很牽強。

江宜樺表示，必要時，可提供兩次受訪的逐字稿，給大家參考，他從未說過對於沒有王金平的立法院，已經準備好了，而是指政院已評估各種狀況，作好準備，希望在野黨勿杯葛議事，讓重要政策能如期推動。

立法院長王金平說，朝野只剩江宜樺是否道歉一事，未達成共識，其他幾乎都解決了。對於今早的協商，他表示，看事辦事，盼朝野共同努力，化解僵局，但行政院沒有人與他聯繫。
