立院空轉 江揆報告再度受挫

立法院院會今日邀請行政院長江宜樺進行施政方針及報告，立法院長王金平雖然宣布開會，並邀請江宜樺上台報告，但民進黨立委霸佔發言台，高喊「沒有道歉，只有下台」，江揆並未離開座位，僵持了幾分鐘後，王金平隨即宣布休息。傍晚六點，立法院副院長洪秀柱宣布散會，江宜樺今日仍無法完成施政方針及報告。

民進黨團、台聯黨團今天下午占據立法院議場發言台，與國民黨團喊口號對峙，行政院長江宜樺無法上台報告，立法院院會散會。

立法院長王金平下午在院會邀江宜樺施政報告，但民主進步黨立法院黨團、台灣團結聯盟黨團拿抗議海報占據議場發言台，與國民黨團互喊口號對峙，現場一度混亂。

王金平下午3時25分宣布院會休息；立法院副院長洪秀柱下午6時宣布散會，在野黨團在發言台前喊「沒有道歉、只有下台」。

立法院17日開議，民進黨團杯葛議事，提出廢除最高法院檢察署特別偵查組等條件，並要求江宜樺道歉，朝野協商破局，議事空轉。
