【何哲欣／台北報導】在野黨立委杯葛行政院長江宜樺上台施政報告，立法院長王金平下午召集朝野協商無效，下午3點半院會就宣布休息，行政院閣員只能繼續待在議場枯坐。

下午6點，立法院副院長洪秀柱宣布繼續開會，但隨即又宣布「本次會議進行到此，散會」。民進黨立委立即聚集在發言台前高喊，「沒有道歉，只有下台」。江宜樺完全不理會，自顧自收拾東西，稍後就離開議場。
