台北地檢署偵辦胖達人炒股案，認定藝人小Ｓ老公許雅鈞、公公許慶祥，涉嫌在基因國際公告營收下滑前，出脫持股規避損失上億元，檢方今天凌晨依違反證交法罪嫌命許慶祥300萬元交保、許雅鈞200萬元交保，限制出境。

另外，基因國際董娘姜麗芬200萬元交保、被控向許氏父子通報內線訊息的基因國際財務長黃筱玲20萬元交保，也均遭限制出境；基因國際董事長徐洵平漏夜偵訊。
