衛福部所屬積欠健保費監委籲檢討

繼北、高兩市積欠健保保費後，監委調查報告指出，前衛生署疾管局、前國民健康局、前內政部兒童局都是健保欠款大戶，欠款總計高達新台幣49.09億元。監委程仁宏2日呼籲衛福部應本於健保財務的穩定性、健全性，檢討改善，並確實執行還款計畫。

監察院調查報告也指出，欠款高達49.09億元，如果以郵政儲金1年期定期存款利率計算利息，保守估算財務，至少有0.36億元的利息；衛福部有應考量健保財務負擔及健全，妥為研議評估，各項欠款加計核算利息的必要性。

監察院財經委員會2日通過監委程仁宏、楊美鈴、劉玉山所提「前衛生署疾管局、國健局、前內政部兒童局等，積欠鉅額健保委辦費用及補助」調查報告。

調查報告指出，前衛生署國健局積欠預防保健服務費用24.89億元，前衛生署疾管局積欠愛滋病患者醫療費用17.65億元，前內政部兒童局積欠3歲以下兒童自負費用6.55億元；總計高達49.09億元。
