【於慶中／綜合外電報導】如果女士們發現最近自己的性生活不美滿，「性慾低落」、「難獲性高潮」，不妨試一試「穿上襪子做愛」。

根據荷蘭格羅寧根大學(University of Groningen)一項研究發現，參加研究的女性穿著襪子做愛，有高達80%可獲得高潮，不穿襪子的只有50%達到高潮。負責研究的專家指出，「腳太冷」恐怕是原因 所在，因為會讓女性覺得缺乏安全感與不舒適，自然就比較不易獲得高潮；如果女性穿上襪子做愛，大腦中主宰焦慮和恐懼的杏仁核和前額葉皮層會受到抑制，有助點燃女性的激情，自然比較容易達到高潮。
