特偵組存廢 藍營：看能否發揮功效

特偵組存廢問題引發討論。國民黨立院黨團今天在中山會報上提及此事，與會者討論後取得共識，特偵組從制度面來說可以檢討，職權、功能都可檢討；最重要核心問題還是要看特偵組能否有效發揮功能。
