【動新聞】張虔生道歉　環保局追討不當利得

【胡治言／綜合報導】日月光董事長張虔生神隱6天，昨終於親上火線向社會致歉，但仍強調「絕無蓄意排放污水、絕無私設暗管。」

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，張虔生昨出面道歉卻沒認錯，還提出未來30年、每年捐1億元改善環保。但張的說法引發高市環保局陳金德不滿，陳嗆：「這不是蓄意，什麼叫做蓄意？」另外，高雄市環保局根據日月光K7廠歷年申報廢水量、污泥量等資料，推估2007年迄今，不當利得含孳息後，高達一億一千一百六十二萬元，將依《行政罰法》規定向日月光追討。
