食安促下廚鬧笑話　蔥蒜不分又「洗湯圓」

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】自塑化劑、毒澱粉及油品等食安風暴後，有調查指出，百萬人重燃起下廚熱潮，想吃得衛生安全，卻也鬧出笑話，把不需要洗的湯圓，下鍋前清洗一番，「湯圓愈洗愈小」，還有人把沙拉脫當成沙拉油使用， 或「手痠將手放在火熱的鍋緣上『休息』」，導致燙傷。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，《TLC 旅遊生活頻道》針對國內民眾飲食習慣是否改變，進行〈飲食男女大調查〉民調，昨公布結果，因為食安風暴，全台有 167萬人(15.3%)再拿起鍋鏟下廚，也有6成8的人認為，「自己做菜，可以吃得比較安心」。調查顯示，最普遍的問題是食材過焦或不熟、鹽糖不分、切菜切到手，近3成未婚女性（約327萬人）承認蔥蒜不分，但約185萬人的已婚女性也分不出蔥蒜。
