關於設計師畫圖費用確認..急20點

店面約15坪大小空間
在非常急迫的狀況下請了設計師畫施工平面圖，自行發包
事前溝通和設計師見過三次面，工作期間設計師有去工地看過一次
目前進入收尾階段，我留意到其實都是我們自已和師父邊做邊修改為自已喜歡的樣子
設計師在實際遇到問題時並沒有太大助益。
而在店面5坪倉庫設計師有畫一道牆做為和前面賣場的做為動線隔離
問題來了，我現在留意到我們簽約的是15坪空間，但事實上那5坪的倉庫根本什麼都沒有畫(只有標示牆壁刷白)
設計費又是按每坪乘3000計算，請問這5坪毫無做為的空間我應該要支付嗎?謝謝
