5月1日起　行動電源檢驗合格才可販賣

【林修卉╱台北報導】民進黨立委劉建國今舉行「行動電源之標準規範與回收方式」公聽會，他說，市售行動電源，價格、規格、容量琳瑯滿目且標準不一，連夜市都在賣行動電源，安全性令人擔憂。經濟部標檢局組長張文彬表示，去年11月20日公告「3C二次鋰單電池組、二次鋰行動電源及電池充電器」商品納入實施檢驗範圍，從今年5月1日起實施。

張文彬說，新制實施後，所有廠商完成檢驗程序後，都要登錄，並自5月1日開始，貼上商品檢驗標示才可以販賣。

與會的電機博士吳武忠表示，政府應對行動電源訂定產品瑕疵所造成使用者損害賠償機制，而他也提醒使用者建立良好使用習慣，勿曝曬烈日過久，以免有短路爆炸的可能，也避免再無人或睡眠時間進行充電，避免危險。

至於電池回收的部分，行政院環境保護署基管會副執行秘書吳孟兒強調，超商超市是廢棄電池的回收管道，民眾不要自行拆解，且廢棄電池不要儲存，要盡速回收。
