凱蒂佩芮出賣愛巢　荷包失血2800萬

【李世珍／綜合報導】美國歌手凱蒂佩芮（Katy Perry）求售她與前夫羅素布蘭德的好萊塢山愛巢多時，跨年前終於以1.67億元台幣脫手，但成交價比之前的買價還低，共虧了2800萬元台幣，由於這棟房子還沒裝潢前她就和布蘭德鬧離婚，現在又讓她荷包大失血，對她來說真是傷心地。

她前年以1.95億元台幣買下247坪、7房11衛的豪宅，她和布蘭德還沒搬進去，同年底兩人婚姻就走不下去，於是她去年4月透過房仲出售，但一直找不到買家，她後來砍到和買價相同，依舊乏人問津，直到降為1.67億元台幣，終於有人出手購買。育有4名兒女的德國名模凱蒂克隆，外傳很喜歡這棟房子，有意和保鑣男友在這裡築愛巢，但買家是否是海蒂沒有透露。
