最近找工作很在意該公司的離職率，因為之前的公司每半年就換一批新同事，但是覺得條件還不錯就待了，後來發現老闆脾氣暴躁而且一旦爆發會對員工每個人人身攻擊。我沒有辦法.......... 現在打開104 看到某些公司動不動就在應徵全公司1/3的職務，我就在想這間公司是不是離職率也很高～也會有雷之類的～～～請問大家對這件事情有沒有什看法呢???? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.192.208.142
