陸客自由行化零為整 葉匡時：重罰旅行社

交通部長葉匡時今天表示，近來發現常有陸客團刻意將大陸旅客，以自由行方式包裝入境台灣，再以團客形式在台旅遊。他表示，業者變相做法將扼殺自由行名額與市場，政府近期已加強查緝，最重可罰旅行社停業一年。

葉匡時今天是在行政院院會後記者會上，做出上述表示。今年第1季，國內觀光市場放量成長，主要是受到陸客自由行，及南韓、日、星港澳等觀光客庇蔭。

葉匡時表示，目前政府採行作法是，陸客團客總量維持現行，但自由行可視況檢討，看看是否再調高上限。不過，近來政府發現一些陸客自由行歪風，將加強查緝。
