假釋毒癮者再犯被逮 向警下跪求饒

因毒品罪入獄服刑的谷姓男子假釋出獄才2天，又涉嫌吸食安非他命被查獲；他下跪磕頭求警方放他一馬，警方仍依毒品危害防制條例將他移送法辦。

高雄市新興警分局今天表示，五福二路派出所員警前天傍晚巡邏時，在中正路、和平路口聞到一股異臭，循味查看，發現42歲的谷姓男子蹲在路邊。

警方盤查，谷男原本不配合，最後坦承在附近公園的廁所吸安，並交出身上的吸食器。

谷男在派出所內獲悉假釋可能會被撤銷，當場大哭說：「我這次一定出不來 (監獄)了！」並向員警下跪磕頭求饒，被員警扶起。金姓巡佐說，抓過很多毒蟲，但反應這麼激烈的還是頭一遭。
