巴西世足賽 學者憂登革熱疫情

（路透倫敦16日電）世界盃足球賽將於巴西12座城市開打，但根據科學家研發的登革熱早期預警系統，有3座城市的疫情威脅，已達高度警戒。

西班牙巴塞隆納的加泰隆尼亞氣候科學研究所 （Catalan Institute of Climate Sciences）學者羅奧（Rachel Lowe）協助研發預警系統，研究發表在「刺胳針傳染病期刊」（The Lancet Infectious Diseases）。 羅奧表示，舉辦城市的整體風險低，但東北的納塔爾市（Natal）、佛塔雷沙市（Fortaleza）與雷西夫市（Recifethere）具高風險。 巴西的登革熱病例占全球最多，2000年至2013年間總計有超過700萬人感染。 登革熱俗稱「斷骨熱」，因為可能導致感染者嚴重疼痛。登革熱病媒蚊為埃及斑蚊，輕症症狀類似流感，但其中5%的重症可能致命。登革熱尚無有效預防疫苗，也沒有特效藥。中央社（翻譯）
