結婚周年紀念日竟成了老公的忌日，這叫新婚妻情何以堪？一名砂石車司機，昨(19)日原是和妻子新婚1周年的紀念日，本打算下班後要和妻子慶祝，不料卻在上班時檢查大貨車油箱時，突遭重達2噸的車斗砸死，妻子得知後當場崩潰，結婚紀念日成了丈夫忌日，家屬悲痛不已。

這起意外發生在花蓮縣吉安鄉，一名38歲的砂石車司機，上午8時左右載運土方時，利用空檔時間將車斗升起要檢查油箱，不料卻在車斗上升過程中，疑似機器出現故障，車斗當場墜下，司機因為閃避不及，後腦勺直接被重擊，當場死亡，頭部變形爆裂。

一旁的同事見狀驚嚇不已，隨即報警救人，無奈仍回天乏術。警方到場調查，初步研判應是車斗開關出現問題，機件失靈才導致這場意外，目前已查扣該車輛將請專家釐清鑑識，並向貨運公司調閱維修紀錄。

死者妻子接獲報案趕到現場，發現丈夫慘死當場淚崩，且根據《蘋果日報》報導，當天正好是死者和妻子結婚1周年的紀念日，上午出門前還向家人表示，已向餐廳訂好酒菜，下班後要全家人一起慶祝；尤其死者妻子無法接受，當場泣訴「不是訂好餐廳要慶祝結婚周年嗎？怎麼出去才一個多小時就出事？」
