合宜宅弊案始末　《蘋果》互動事件簿解密

遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄因桃園八德合宜住宅案，涉透過白手套北科大前教授蔡仁惠，行賄桃園縣前副縣長葉世文，3人均遭收押，其中蔡仁惠遭收押後，又供出葉世文在林口A7合宜住宅案也涉貪，引爆一連串合宜住宅弊案。

時光拉回2009年，時任行政院長的吳敦義裁示將興建「平價住宅」(A7合宜宅前身)，該案在葉世文任營建署長任內採「預標售」(先招標再徵收)方式推動，引起當地居民不滿，成立自救會抗爭，卻因少人聞問，落得「滅村」下場。葉世文2013年出任桃縣副縣長後，遠雄又標下八德合宜住宅案， 房子都還沒蓋，就爆發弊案，桃縣只得廢除標案，重新招標。有關合宜住宅弊案始末及重要資訊，《蘋果》全濃縮進「合宜宅弊案互動事件簿」內。
