學生曾參與學運　逾1成企業提高錄取意願

6月畢業季，yes123求職網今發布「畢業季徵才調查」，在5月27日到6月4日以網路問卷詢問企業，共回收258份問卷，結果發現，有11%的企業表示，若求職者有參加學運經驗，會因此提高錄取意願。

另外調查也發現，高達41%的企業早在畢業季之前，就已經收到新鮮人的履歷資料；若該職缺無限制經驗，估計平均得過濾33.7份履歷，才能找到合適人選。調查也發現，有44%的企業願給新鮮人3個月適應期，有24%只願意給1個月。

yes123求職網說， 企業對今年畢業、擁有學士學歷的新鮮人，平均願意給的起薪是25052元，較去年調查增加741元；擁有研究所學歷的新鮮人，企業平均願意給的起薪為28640元，較去年多了1680元。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
