校園黑暗料理　西瓜炒肉新登場

中國一名網友前日爆料稱，食堂黑暗料理再有新作，西瓜炒肉閃亮登場。據悉，黑暗料理早前曾發表月餅炒辣椒、玉米炒葡萄、番茄炒鳳梨和哈密瓜炒里脊等新作，有網友質疑這些創意搭配對人體健康會否有影響。

營養專家建議，學校食堂的菜系創新是好的，但最好是在不影響口味的前提下，比如說拿西瓜搭配肉的做法很少見，也會影響菜的口味，同時也需要多學習不同食材的科學搭配，不能只為創意，亂搭、混搭，有可能對健康不利。

據悉，玉米和葡萄兩者含糖量都很高，月餅中含有很多防腐劑，加熱後可能會對人體造成更大的危害。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
