黃安套牢20年　基隆房產認賠

黃安近14年來旅居中國撈金，在兩岸投資的房地產總值約1億元，日前卻踢到鐵板，他昨在微博透露：「台灣基隆大概是全世界房價唯一不漲反降的城市。我在基隆的1套物業買了20年，最近要處理，按照公定報價，我非但1毛錢沒掙，還賠錢脫手，悲催啊。」
 
兩岸置產有道的他分享投資房地產的3大原則：地段、地段、地段，但抱怨：「在台灣，買在腹地太小、發展有限的基隆就是錯誤。」網友虧他「安哥你得學習小哥（費玉清）的眼光」。（黃于珊／綜合報導）
