本報訊

台灣產物保險自結今年6月稅前盈餘新台幣7900萬元，累計上半年稅前盈餘3.91億元，每股稅前盈餘1.08元。

法人表示，台產下半年獲利依舊看好，除了現金股息可望有1億元入帳外，上半年執照獲取進度略為落後的羅斯福路建案，6月中已確定取得使用執照，啟動銷售，因總戶數不多，預期最快第3季、最慢第4季可完工入帳，潛在獲利逾5000萬元。

法人預期，在現金股利與建案完工入帳的收入進帳下，加上台產目前台股配置約占可運用資金的22%至23%，多數集中在金融股，也會是這波金融股補漲行情的受惠者，台產今年全年每股獲利將重回2元以上。(中央社)
