小米洩漏個資　NCC將請小米說明

資訊安全公司證實，小米手機會自動將背景資料傳送至北京伺服器，國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)今表示，已展開調查，將發函請小米除針對2款被報導的手機外，其餘經過NCC認證過在台銷售的手機，都要求小米對事件始末以及後續作法一併說明，第一階段將請小米書面回應，必要時會請小米到NCC說明，同時NCC也會盡快找其他手機業者開會，由業者說明是否有類似情況。
 
NCC資源技術處長羅金賢表示，行政院重視手機資安問題，日前在資通安全會報上指示，手機系統出廠時內建的各種軟硬體功能未來由NCC檢測，手機下載的App是工業局負責，但全世界對手機認證並非強制規定，因此NCC規劃先鼓勵手機製造作自願性檢測，並將資訊公開，以利消費者參考。規劃明年底前認證標準通過，最快明年底或後年就可實施。
 
對於媒體詢問，是否會針對大陸品牌要求強制認證，羅金賢說，不會針對國家做強制認證，所有機制對各種品牌會一視同仁。（徐毓莉／台北報導）
