王柯關說案簽結 綠諷「打臉」馬英九

台北地檢署今天以查無關說實據，簽結民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘、立法院長王金平所涉「關說案」。民進黨發言人黃帝穎今天表示，北檢簽結王金平關說案，足以證明前檢察總長黃世銘違法監聽國會議員，而馬總統拿監聽當政爭工具，也是公然的毀憲亂政。

黃帝穎說，北檢簽結該案，證明馬總統所言只是馬英九個人以違法監聽譯文進行推測，遂行政治鬥爭，在法律上根本不足採信，台北地檢署都不敢為馬背書，「這不是打臉，什麼才是打臉？」
