各位好 最近去面試鐵支銀行 進修部的企劃 工作 面試前有爬文....發現負面評價爆多 所以心驚膽顫得去參加面試。 面試過程中，得知進修部營運總監是新來不久的(今年7月底) (事後查詢一下她的資經....超級厲害...) 聊了蠻久的，感覺出來她是很有企圖心 與 熱忱 想要把鐵支進修網救起來 並有提到她有在整頓內部的員工，據說換了很多人，幾乎是大換血 最後很幸運得有被錄取，整場面試相談甚歡，與很多網友評價有落差 因而想請教各位過來人的經驗...對於新的總監，可能會帶來新的內部改革嗎? 此外，還想知道，關於其他負面評價的具體說法(像是部門之間會勾心鬥角嗎?) 或是其他八掛 ，希望各位過來人能多多分享...(也歡迎站內信指點小弟XD) 拜託各位了! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.32.17.135 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1407920960.A.7D0.html
