大陸對汽車反壟斷開鍘。湖北4家寶馬（BMW）經銷商以直接或間接方式統一PDI檢測費標準，操縱市場價格，今天傳出總計被罰人民幣162萬餘元（約新台幣800萬元）。

經濟觀察網報導，中國大陸湖北省繼部分奧迪（Audi）經銷商遭反壟斷調查後，另一德系高價車品牌BMW部分經銷商已被開罰單。

報導指出，湖北省物價局表示，武漢市場4家BMW汽車經銷商因協商統一收取PDI檢測費構成價格壟斷協議，遭湖北省物價局反壟斷調查，被罰15萬元至93.79萬元不等。

PDI檢測是新車在交車前必須通過的一項檢查。越是高檔的車輛，電子自動化程度越高，PDI項目的檢查就越多。這屬於售前檢測證明，是汽車企業和銷售企業應該履行的義務和責任。

湖北省物價局省價格監督檢查與反壟斷分局局長丁木雲表示，部分經銷商以購車合約收取PDI檢測費、綜合服務費等誤導消費者，屬於「價格欺詐」行為。

而且，湖北省物價局調查顯示，部分經銷商以直接或間接方式統一PDI檢測費標準，達成價格同盟，操縱市場價格，損害消費者和其他經營者利益，違反大陸的反壟斷法。

另外，丁木雲表示，湖北奧迪經銷商反壟斷調查案，已進入行政處罰程序。(中央社)
