標題[問題] 離職違約金問題?

我與派遣公司簽約，到要派公司上班。 當時有跟派遣公司簽約1年。 現在一年還沒到，想提前離職。 派遣公司說當初合約有寫提前離職要賠教育訓練費10000 還有8月的班表已經排好，8月中途離職要賠之後沒上班那幾天的錢， 不只是領不到那幾天沒上班的薪水，還要另外賠那幾天的錢。 且表示要派公司主動開除的話，也要賠以上那些錢。 現在我要離職前，還要我簽切結書，在離職之前不可以缺勤， 不然要以每小時150賠償，另10000變成違約金。 記得訓練時的那10天是簽領8720，可是卻要賠10000的教育訓練費+沒上班的錢。 請問合約上有寫的話，這樣合理嗎? 如果派遣公司這樣要求，可以要求派遣公司出示要派公司要給我的薪水 及派遣公司實際給我的薪水，如果有少可以請派遣公司返還嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.34.36.240 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1407980542.A.5CA.html
