截至今（13）日為止，生技股基亞苦吞13根跌停板，針對有媒體指出基亞肝癌新藥是場「騙局」，還有黑道介入要求止血股價，董事長張世忠一早就親上火線召開記者會駁斥。他強調周刊報導不實，要求對方更正否則將採取法律行動，且市場傳言有有黑道放話要基亞董座出面止血崩落的股價，他也澄清絕無此事。

生技股基亞連13根跌停板，股價灰頭土臉，期間基亞相對低調，不過就在有周刊媒體報導肝癌新藥是場「騙局」之後，基亞董事長張世忠終於忍不住在今（14）日大動作偕同中央研究院院士陳定信、陳培哲，與新藥開發協會（TRPMA）副理事長張鴻仁共同召開記者會。

針對媒體指出肝癌新藥PI-88是場「騙局」，張世忠措詞嚴厲表示是不實報導，要求對方要更正，否則不排除採取法律行動。另外，基亞股價直直落，跌幅超過6成，市值更蒸發超過360億，有黑道放話要他趕快止血，他也駁斥是子虛無有，也強調公司財務一切正常。
