從神明香油錢　看50元偽幣多猖獗

南投縣名間鄉受天宮清點香油錢，50元占所有偽幣9成以上，見微知著，50元偽幣恐市面上氾濫流通，南投警分局已深入追查，是否有不法集團製造偽幣擾亂市場。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，名間鄉松柏嶺有357年歷史，保守估計，每年的進香、遊客、香客350萬人次，香油錢至少千萬元，廟方發現的偽幣在5萬元以下，銷毀偽幣。

南投地檢署強調，依刑法第196條規定，行使偽造、變造之通用貨幣、紙幣、銀行券，或意圖供行使之用而收集或交付於人者，處3年以上10年以下徒刑，得併科5千元以下罰金，若收受後方知是偽造、變造的貨幣仍使用者，被查獲可處500元以下罰金。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
