大陸商務部新聞發言人沈丹陽今天上午回答德國世界報記者提問時指出，在反壟斷法面前，所有企業一律平等，不存在排外的情況，一些媒體的猜測是沒有依據的。

對於歐盟商會擔憂中國反壟斷調查有針對性，沈丹陽表示，「反壟斷法」實施六年來，接受反壟斷調查的企業既有中國本國企業，也有外國企業，並非只針對外國企業。

沈丹陽說，中國政府有關部門依法對涉嫌壟斷行為開展調查是促進公平競爭、保護消費者權益的重要內容，「很多企業包括外資企業都承認這一點，認為這是好事。查處壟斷行為是國際通行做法，在中國無論是內資企業還是外商投資企業，如果觸犯了法律都應受到制裁，承擔相應的法律責任。」
