羽田京急線到築地市場,轉車問題

大家好 小妹下星期去東京 有幾個問題想請教一下大家 先謝謝您們的解答囉
我是買"Tokyo Subway 3-Day Ticket+京急線單程"車票的

1.第1天我下飛機後要直接去築地市場,先乘京急線,之後要在大門站轉車(大江戶線),
請問轉車時需要出閘再入閘嗎?
還是不用出閘,直接上大江戶線就可以了?那下車要用哪一張票出閘呢?

2.是不是每個站都有儲物箱呢? 飯店要3點才能check in..可是我早上6點就到機場了
