有人問我何謂台菜?我想這類的酒家菜算是其一吧?聽過蓬萊的大名早在5、6年前，也知道這家是以賣當年北投酒家菜聞名的，招牌是「排骨酥」，而這張板頭的「魷魚螺肉蒜」也是精彩的一絕。有趣的是一開始我知道蓬萊本不是這家，而是「金蓬萊」但據當地人阿諾哥所言，這家似乎才是一開始的本店。 《詳全文...》
