副總統吳敦義14日表示，政府正在處理黑心食品的問題，「說不定還有未爆的」。吳副總統也批評黑心油商，從越南進口工業、飼料油，技術加工後給人用，「這是很噁心的事」。

吳敦義接見「全美伍胥山總公所」回國訪問團時說，訪賓來台北看到油的問題，「很傷腦筋」，連很大的企業都用黑心油，「不道德」，人民也很失望，也有很多地方團體要抗議頂新、味全，這都很大的公司。

吳敦義說，頂新在中國大陸賣康師傅方便麵，去年賣了150億、前年130億，這次遇到這麼大的黑心事件，恐怕會遇到挫折，國內全面抗議、拒買；大陸媒體也登很大，大概也有很多大陸同胞不買頂新、味全、康師傅，「這次它受的傷很大，好不容易建立起來的品牌，因為自己沒有良心，可能就毀於一旦，現在政府正在處理，說不定還有未爆的」。

吳敦義還批評說，越南的工業、飼料油，竟然拿回台灣技術加工，也驗不出，賣給人來用，「這是很噁心的事」。
