林口有長庚醫院, 也是一級教學醫院, 不輸台大. 林口機場捷運明年通車. 另外林口公園超多的. 路大條, 人行道退縮是法令規定, 想要有地方可以運動走走, 在林口是必然的狀態, 不須特別強調.

明年三井outlet開幕, 生活機能綽綽有餘. 新蓋的林口行政園區內有圖書館也是明年啟用.

重點是你的預算, 在台北市可能只能遷就買舊房, 甚麼舊公寓, 有沒有電梯考慮半天, 還有一堆條件可能不符合, 但是在林口, 即便是靠近捷運500公尺內的預售屋, 一坪了不起45萬, 以你的預算還可以買30坪加車位. 你可以來林口看看, 感覺蠻符合你要的條件.
